Try every way possible to delete this program including installing it several time and trying it again. Something is not right. Regardless of the approach the short cut icon on the desktop will remain and the program will start. All the functioning files to run this program is somewhere else in other folders rather than in the Program Folder. Tried to remove it with CCleaner, Add and Remove Program from Control Panel, uninstall icon in Program from Start Menu and going to the uninstall icon in the Program Folder in the C Drive folder.
